It took just about zero time for the paradigm shift to flip from network TV series to cable and streaming shows in the world of awards ceremonies, and it's now almost shocking whenever broadcast shows actually are eligible to win things. Will & Grace's aforementioned nominations are something of an outlier, given its former fame and revival status, but black-ish is the only network TV veteran that made the cut this year. Thankfully for all involved, the Golden Globes gave it the nod for not just Best Comedy, but also for Best Actor, with Anthony Anderson earning his second nomination in as many years.
